SBC Events and Affiliate Industry Review have collaborated together to provide enhanced value to delegates at the Betting on Football conference by creating The Digital Marketing Forum, a gathering for all marketing professionals to discuss disruption, new digital disciplines and best practices for online marketing.
The Digital Marketing Forum will run on the 21 March 2019 during the Betting on Football conference at London’s Stamford Bridge stadium, which runs across 19-22 March.
Digital Marketing is a key discipline – for everyone to master
Given the growing importance of digital marketing to target new audiences in an environment that has stringent restrictions on traditional routes to market, SBC has taken up the opportunity to share expert lead digital content to delegates at the upcoming Betting on Football conference.
Increased political pressure and high profile marketing channels such as television advertising and sponsorship, especially in Italy and the UK, are becoming more difficult and costly for operators to pursue. This means that brands need to be more adept at harnessing digital marketing channels to target potential new customers. Mass market advertising will always be seen by those under the under-age of 18, so operators need to be actively engaged in minimising this exposure. The Digital Marketing Forum will give them the tools and insights to do this more effectively.
SBC CEO & Founder Rasmus Sojmark commented: “Digital and acquisition marketing plays a big part in the most successful brand marketing strategies, especially in the betting and gaming industry. We wanted to provide detailed learning on this important subject at our events, and given the respect and knowledge Lee-Ann Johnstone and AffilliateINSIDER has in this area, this partnership made perfect sense.”
Lee-Ann Johnstone, founder and CEO of Affiliate Industry Review, said: “Digital fits into everyone’s agenda right now and getting it right is key for success. The key learnings that the Digital Marketing Forum offers, is useful to everyone in the industry and not just specific to affiliate business owners. We’re really excited to be able to participate with SBC events to take our content to a much larger audience at this years Betting on Football event.”
Added value for conference delegates
The Betting on Football conference will see 2,000 delegates and almost 250 speakers congregate to discuss the industry momentum, gain insights and share learnings in the sports and betting sector.
The Digital Marketing Forum is open to all conference delegates and there will be plenty of time to network and discuss new business and lead generation opportunities across this expansive event.
It joins three other specialist forums that have been introduced to the Betting on Football event this year, including the PaymentExpert Forum, the Sponsorship Forum and a one-day Marketing conference.
