Johnstone takes 100% ownership of Affiliate Industry Review

Affiliate Industry Review and SBC are pleased to announce that Affiliate Industry Review’s co-founder Lee-Ann Johnstone is taking sole ownership of the business after agreeing a deal to buy its half of the shares in the business.

Launched originally as a joint venture with SBC Affiliate Industry Review, was created to help the sector adapt to a series of rapid changes taking place in affiliate and digital marketing. The collaboration provided expert content and affiliate insights alongside SBC’s growing portfolio of B2B events and media. 

Since then Affiliate Industry Review has grown into a stand alone offering – providing expertise and support to both Operators, Suppliers and Affiliates designed to drive better industry collaboration and improve affiliate and digital marketing results. The company offers  a range of custom lead services  including executive training for affiliate managers, affiliate program management for new and existing operator brands, and delivers industry news and expert insights within the affiliate and digital marketing arena for iGaming professionals via it’s fast growing community content hub.

After three years of collaboration, this acquisition gives Johnstone 100% control to further develop the Affiliate Industry Review brand and it’s retinue of services independently to focus on affiliate and digital marketing services for brands who want to amplify their performance within this fast paced industry.

SBC will continue to collaborate with Affiliate Industry Review providing high quality conference and exhibition content at events such as SBC Summit, Betting on Sports Europe and CasinoBeats Summit, as well as the latest news and developments in the gambling world across its network of media sites.
